John Wipfli - Managing Director

A professional production engineer John has 30 years experience in managing and overseeing high volume businesses.

He started his career working with industrial and consumer product businesses. He then moved on to consulting as a production engineer and, for several years, worked with a variety of organisations to help improve their productivity.

John is also a past State Council Member of The Australian Organisation for Quality Control.

Robert Babuin CE, BE Hons - Technical Director

Robert is a Civil Engineer with 20 years experience in precast walling/flooring and bridge structures. He has been involved in the industry at all levels including a role as a director of Antonello Concrete Products (Vic) Pty. Ltd, a major precast concrete panel company. He has extensive experience in structural design and detailing, and is an experienced project manager for heavy engineering and petro-chemical plants.

Other positions that Robert has held in the precast industry include General Manager, Westkon Precast Pty. Ltd; Past President Victorian Precast Manufacturers Association and Antonello Concrete Products Pty Ltd representative to the National Precast Concrete Association Australia (NPCAA).

He has worked with David Marshall in property development for the past 10 years.

Andrew McQueen - Finance Director

Andrew McQueen is a property developer with more than 30 years experience. As manager of one of Australia's largest medical organisations he also brings his business and financial acumen to Townsville Precast.

He and David Marshall have worked together on property developments for the past six years.

David Marshall - Project Director

David Marshall brings industry experience of more than 30 years to Townsville Precast.

As owner and operator of an Australian construction and landscaping business David's development projects have focused on large scale warehousing and distribution centres, as such he is a specialist project manager for the construction industry.

David has worked with fellow Townsville Precast directors, Andrew McQueen, and Robert Babuin in construction and property development for more than a decade.
